What counts as a conversation?
One voice session with VoCalm, together with the journal entry it creates.
What if a conversation ends early?
If it fails before the voice connection starts, we always give it back. If it never connects after that, ends very early or no journal entry can be made, we give it back automatically, up to a daily limit.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime from Manage plan. You keep your plan conversations until the end of the period you paid for. Pack conversations are always yours.
Do I lose my journal if I stop paying?
Never. Your journal, history and insights stay open, and you still get free conversations each month.
